What to Expect
You should expect a caring relaxed atmosphere when you attend your treatment session. The staff at Batesville Therapy Clinic will strive to ensure that your experience is both comfortable and results oriented. Our goal is to assist you with a progressive and profitable experience.
My First Visit
Please arrive at least 15 – 20 minutes early for your appointment. The patient intake process includes the following: completing necessary paperwork, presenting the prescription from your referring physician, presenting insurance and/or other necessary documentation, and meeting your therapist.
Your first visit will include a complete evaluation and your therapist will create a plan of treatment. The plan of treatment will be discussed with you prior to any active therapy.
Returning Patients
If we have had the honor of treating you for a previous condition, and you now have a new need, or a need for repeat therapy, you should arrive a few minutes early for your appointment in order to present your new prescription and update your personal information. Returning patients that are being seen for a new case will be fully evaluated prior to treatment.
